Your Rolla appointment
Phelps Health Buildings and Addresses
“Phelps Health in Rolla” can mean several destinations. Before comparing coverage or arranging a ride, match the appointment to the building on the confirmation. These official location pages provide the addresses and current contact details.
| Rolla location | Address | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Medical Office Building | 1050 West 10th Street | The named practice, suite and check-in instructions. |
| Bond Building | 600 Blues Lake Parkway | Whether this is the office your clinician uses for this visit. |
| Walk-In Clinic — Rolla | 603 South Bishop Avenue, Suite C | Current walk-in hours and the benefits for a nonemergency clinic visit. |
The South Bishop Avenue walk-in clinic is a separate location from the West 10th Street campus. It lists care for minor illnesses and injuries; a medical emergency requires emergency care.

Care at Delbert Day Cancer Center
The Delbert Day Cancer Institute is at 1060 West 10th Street. Phelps Health places it on the north side of the Medical Office Building and describes oncology, infusion, imaging, laboratory and pharmacy services within the institute.
Its cancer-care resource page also lists nurse navigation, social work and financial counseling. If you are arranging treatment in Rolla, ask the team who can help coordinate the appointments and explain anticipated bills. For the coverage discussion, identify the actual treatment and services rather than assuming one specialist copayment covers the whole episode.
The Medicare cancer-treatment guide explains why medical services and prescriptions can raise different coverage questions.
Clinical relationships and insurance
Clinical Networks and Insurance Networks
Phelps Health identifies Delbert Day as part of the Siteman Cancer Network. That clinical relationship should not be used as proof that a Medicare Advantage plan covers every provider or location associated with either organization.
If the Rolla team recommends an outside consultation, get the destination, clinician and facility names. Check that referral with your plan separately from the Delbert Day visits. The referral and prior-authorization guide explains the coverage questions to resolve before planned care.
Read the local insurance resource carefully
Checking Phelps Health Plan Participation
The Phelps Health insurance page separates commercial, Medicare/Medicare Advantage and Medicaid categories. It also says coverage can vary by individual plan and that Phelps Health is not in-network with every Medicare Advantage plan.
Match the insurer’s full plan name and year to the particular Rolla clinician and facility. An insurer appearing on that page is not confirmation for every product it sells. Keep the date and reference number of your plan’s answer. Our carrier directory resource helps you reach the insurer’s own search tool.
A useful Rolla review
Your Rolla Coverage Checklist
For a phone or email review with Benjamin Thompson, bring your named Phelps Health offices, any Delbert Day treatment arrangements and the destination of a proposed outside referral. That makes it possible to discuss the coverage you would use locally and the care that may take you elsewhere.
If you are keeping Original Medicare and reviewing a supplement premium, start with the Missouri Anniversary Rule instead of treating a local hospital’s carrier list as a Medigap comparison. The Missouri Medicare hub covers the statewide rules that apply alongside this Rolla care map.
